Dr. Shefali Tsabary

Acclaimed Author, Clinical Psychologist, International Speaker & Wisdom Teacher

Learn More

Oprah has hailed Dr. Shefali’s work as “revolutionary.” A NYT bestselling author of two groundbreaking books on parenting, namely, The Conscious Parent and The Awakened Family, Dr. Shefali brings a fresh perspective to the parenting landscape, challenging the current paradigm it is steeped in and turning it on its head. Provocative, daring and evocative, her approach teaches parents how to raise themselves - first - into the most empowered and conscious before they hope to raise their children. Dr. Shefali believes that parents need to learn to heal their own emotional baggage and raise themselves into an elevated state of awareness before they raise their children. Eliminating archaic ideals of control and punishment, she teaches parents the value of true connection over correction. Integrating Eastern mindfulness with Western psychology, Dr. Shefali brings a unique and fresh approach to her work, allowing parents to evolve and transcend their own limitations and sense of lack. Her work has been called profound and life-changing. You can discover more of her work on her website at:

Victory Boyd

Singer-Songwriter, Producer

Learn More

Victory Boyd is an extraordinarily talented young performer whose poignant music and magnetic sound—a fusion of folk, funk and rhythm and blues—resounds beyond any single genre, and has been compared to that of legendary artists Tracy Chapman, Roberta Flack, and Nina Simone. Her distinctive vocals provide a rich mosaic of raw sentiment, revelatory honesty, and heightened poeticism. Her piercing voice ranges from fiery and bold to vulnerable and melancholy, and tenderly blend unvarnished truth with channeled emotion that penetrates the soul.

Victory’s personally-charged songs bookmark moments in her evolution. Her vulnerabilities have helped her shape a textured and layered sound that is self-expressive, reflective, and relatable. Her peerless gift of storytelling mixes thought-provoking lyrics with the truth, pains and complexities of life through a variety of sonic narratives. She creates unchartered music that resonates with the human experience and that is garnering her adoration and acclaim across ever-expanding audiences.

“My goal is to capture the difficulties and challenges of the human experience, and to speak hope to these situations, sharing a sense of triumph and victory within all who hear my music,” Victory says.

Along her journey, Victory has embraced a wide swath of musical influences, from Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone, Billy Holiday, and Marvin Gaye, to Corrine Bailey Rae, Lauryn Hill, John Boyd, and Ella Fitzgerald.

Our Hope

Is to create a discussion among parents around the world about the challenges they are living this year, to create an opportunity for some connection and catharsis from these challenges, and then to present some opportunities for brainstorming and innovating.

Through connection, we can find validation and relief for where our collective lives were thrown off course. Then we can gain access to the creative possibilities that help accelerate our children all the while upgrading the world, humanity, and our own lives and relationships in the process.

Moving Our Lives Outside

From play to socializing, shared meals, birthday parties, work meetings, art class, front door meets. It has all been happening outside since the spring.

Camp Howland and Surviving the School Year

In June, I created a summer camp on the driveway that ran for eight weeks and ended up being a salvation for us and other parents around the neighborhood. It was a spectacular experience for all involved and a powerful exercise in activating and innovating against the backdrop of uncertainty.
